A family run business.

Sam has been in the Window Cleaning Trade for 13 years, and decided to start up Big Sam the Window Man back in 2015. The company has grown from strength to strength, now with over 1000 regular customers spread across Hailsham, Horam, Uckfield, Heathfield and beyond.

Sam and his partner Leanne have two children who love helping daddy clean the windows at home, and regularly help with advertising and leafleting.

In June 2020 Alistair became a part of the team having spent 15 years working as a fencing supervisor. He now runs our Heathfield and Horam rounds, and gets brilliant feedback everywhere he cleans.

In March 2022 Darrel joined the Big Sam team, with a joint venture of introducing lawn care to the Big Sam services. Meaning the team offer additional services to keep your home tidy, clean and presentable without the hassle of completing these chores yourself.

2025 has brought Ash into our team and he is keen to hit the ground running as the Big Sam name heads to the coast spreading their name and services to new areas.

Due to the increase in our operators and customer numbers Leanne, Sam's wife, is our office manager, alongside training in bookkeeping and accounting. She is never far from the phone or computer to answer your queries.

Big Sam the Window Man has over 1k following on Facebook, which remains our main outlet for recommendations and obtaining new customers. As well an Instagram and a TikTok profile, the team try to share as much useful information on the services they provide.

The Big Sam the Window Man brand is well known in Hailsham, where the company started out, and now in Horam where the family currently live.
